7-Day Return Policy
At Confetti Online, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 7-day return policy under the conditions outlined below.
Eligible Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- You receive a damaged product.
- You receive the wrong product (different from what was ordered).
Return Request Timeline
- Return requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
- Any return requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or refund.
- Approved returns must be completed within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a return, the product must:
- Be unused and unworn.
- Be in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, tags, manuals, accessories, and free gifts (if any).
- Not be damaged due to misuse, negligence, improper handling, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear after delivery.
Proof Required
To process a return request, customers must provide:
- Clear photos or videos showing the damaged or incorrect product.
- Photos of the product packaging and shipping label.
- Order number details.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged after delivery due to customer handling.
- Used, washed, altered, or incomplete products.
- Products returned without original packaging or accessories.
- Change of mind, dislike of the product, or ordering by mistake.
- Return requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or as store credit within 5–7 business days.
